The seminar, held by Professor Patricia Wiater, will give an introduction to the work of the Clinic and the various mechanisms through which human rights are enforced in practice. The workshop will include sessions on human rights litigation, arbitration, mediation and advocacy and span across thematic contexts of climate law, sport, investment, business & human rights, and others.
It is open to all interested FAU-students, including students from fields other than law. There are no prerequisites and no prior experience is expected. The workshop is an ideal opportunity for those building foundational skills for future Human Rights Clinic projects.“
