Professor Dr. Safferling has held the Chair of Criminal Law, Criminal Procedure Law, International Criminal Law and Public International Law since 2015. He was previously Professor of Criminal Law, Criminal Procedure Law, International Criminal Law and Public International Law at the Philipps University of Marburg.
In addition to his extensive teaching and research activities, Prof. Safferling holds numerous non-university positions.
