My Hanh studied law at the Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität in Munich and at the University of Helsinki in Finland. She worked as a research assistant at the Chair of Public Law, International Law and Human Rights under Prof. Dr. Dr. Patricia Wiater from October 2021 to May 2024. During a research stay in New Zealand, she also researched with Prof. Dr. Klaus Bosselmann at the New Zealand Centre for Environmental Law (NZCEL) at the University of Auckland.
